Take a mid-week pause surrounded by art.
Slow down, calm your mind and connect with yourself and the world around you. Join Yasuyo Anne Uehara (psychotherapist, life-long meditator, and mindfulness yoga teacher) for a relaxed session of guided meditations, gentle stretches and breathing exercises designed to encourage awareness of the present moment.
Benefits of this mindfulness session include:

- Learn practical techniques to calm the overthinking and worrying mind.
- Practice mindfulness to access your intuition, cultivate compassion and gratitude.

Take advantage of crowd-free access to the Gallery from 5.30–6.00pm, with time to explore exhibitions before the session starts.
This program is repeated monthly. Each session will have a similar structure but will offer different guided practices.
