The Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art ('Gallery') is bound by the provisions of the Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act), including the Information Privacy Principles. This is a Queensland Government website. Email correspondence, comments made on our blog or social media platforms, and information provided via webforms can constitute a public record and can be retained as required by the Public Records Act 2002 and other relevant legislation.
