QUIVR is a community-driven DJ collective that operates a Laneway Bar, Event Space / DJ Broadcast & Studio in the Fortitude Valley. It has been dedicated to creating spaces where people feel genuinely connected with music and enhancing vibrant spaces throughout the city since 2020.

Champion Sound is a not-for-profit organisation that uses urban music and the creative industries to engage with and support marginalised people. They organise and take part in unique community events that uplift, enrich and entertain the communities in which they are held, including the annual Meanjin Reggae Festival at Musgrave Park South Brisbane.

Soul Has No Tempo is a Meanjin/Brisbane-based record label and artist agency, working at the intersection of music and community. With a focus on independent pathways, they support emerging artists and create spaces for people to connect through sound. Founded by Alieta Tomoana and Gavin Boyd, the project is shaped by a joint relationship and background in music. Originally from Aotearoa, Alieta works as an artist manager and is a passionate advocate for First Nations and culturally diverse musicians, creating avenues for them to share their stories in authentic and meaningful ways. Gavin is a seasoned deejay and ardent music enthusiast with over two decades of experience behind the turntables.

Echo & Bounce is a multi-space record store and night life venue. Enjoy a selection of curated sounds by three members of their team: tiny whisk who looks after the record store, ralphalfa the owner and brain behind the whole operation and, Winona Router, the music events curator.

Passionate ambassadors of friendship, emotion & rhythm - Natural Steps (Aidan Beiers & Ethan Greaves) have been been providing the soundtrack to Brisbane streets, producing dance, community and music events in Meanjin (Brisbane) for the last 8 years with a focus on learning, developing and incorporating high quality sonic and thematic visual environments to create beautiful and memorable moments for selectors and dancers alike. In the past few years, Aidan & Ethan have worked together to build their own custom soundsystem - lovingly dubbed "The Paradise Sound System", thrown outdoor parties, and worked tirelessly on honing and creating their own unique music to share with the world.

This Dutch and Australian duos music taste is shaped by years spent living and travelling across Europe and beyond. Together, they bring a vinyl-only set built from records collected in countries around the world. Driven by a shared love for digging, they uncover long-lost, dusty gems and bring them back to the surface. Their selections lean into rare grooves, rhythm-driven cuts, and soulful, down-tempo sounds, creating a warm, flowing journey through global music.
