Bring awareness to your mind and body in the peaceful surrounds of the Gallery.
Take time to feel grounded and empowered in the present moment with a unique yoga class in the heart of the Gallery, led by Dr Kathie Overeem (psychology PhD, researcher, and trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator). Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, this session supports your physical and emotional wellbeing through mindful movement and breath.

- Experience the quiet, reflective surrounds of the Gallery before opening time.
- Move at your own pace and choose how you feel most comfortable engaging with the yoga poses. Classes are guided with invitational language.
