Spies, special effects and a journey into a mysterious realm, Fantastic Voyage is a brilliant slice of 1960s sci-fi. A submarine crew, along with their craft, are shrunk to microscopic proportions and injected into the body of a scientist to clear a life-threatening blood clot. They enter the dangerous and otherworldly domain of the bloodstream with plasma bubbles whooshing by and must clear the clot before their time runs out.
