Artworks donated to the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA) become part of the State collection, where they will be expertly cared for and available for all Queenslanders and visitors to enjoy now and into the future.
All works offered to the Gallery are considered by the relevant curator to ensure they align with QAGOMA's Acquisitions Policy and any subsequent recommendation is approved by the Gallery’s Deputy Director, Collection and Exhibitions, and the QAGOMA Director.
Artwork donors may be eligible for tax benefits under the Australian Government's Cultural Gifts Program and further information is available at: arts.gov.au/cgp
