Join us for the Three Little Birds pop-up at GOMA Restaurant on Sunday 4 December. Indigenous Chef and owner, Chris Jordan, connects to his First Nations ancestry combining native ingredients and ancient knowledge to create delicious dining experiences that celebrate Australia’s unique culture and natural resources.
Throughout lunch, Chris will guide you through his inspired menu that connects with Indigenous food sovereignty, cultural dispossession and environmental concerns that face Australia today.
