About
QAGOMA invites visitors who are blind or have low vision to experience still life through touch and art-making. In this hands-on workshop, participants get up close with carefully selected still life objects, exploring them through touch and rich audio description that brings out texture, shape and detail. From there, the experience shifts into drawing using raised-line techniques and embossing tools, creating images you can literally feel as they take shape under your hands. No drawing experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to get hands-on.
Bookings are essential as numbers are limited.
This program is part of the Drawing Festival, an unmissable weekend of creativity and fun for everyone, featuring over 50+ free events! Find out more.
