Yarrenyty Arltere Artists, an Indigenous art enterprise from the Larapinta Valley Town Camp, west of Alice Springs, are recognised for their vibrant embroidered soft sculptures depicting many facets of life in the desert. With the generous support of Glenn Manser, a number of these sculptures have been acquired for the Collection and are currently on display in QAG. Discover more of the Yarrenyty Arltere Artists’ work during an after-hours viewing of their exhibition at the Edwina Corlette Gallery in New Farm, with an introduction from the gallery’s director, Edwina Corlette.
