About

Book for the lecture only component of our monthly Lunch & Lecture.

Hear from Abigail Bernal, Associate Curator, Asian Art, QAGOMA as she shares insights into artworks from South-East Asia, including a co-curated focus project ‘Mindanao and the Sulu Archipelago’. You’ll also be introduced to selected works from Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia and Timor-Leste – countries that are being represented in the Asia Pacific Triennial for the first time. Upgrade your ticket to join us for delicious two course lunch after the lecture.

This talk is the second in an ongoing series offering insights into artworks and projects included in The 11th Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art, on display across QAG & GOMA from 30 November 2024 to 27 April 2025. Selected spaces will open early from late-September 2024 for visitors to enjoy.
