About
Delve deeper into QAGOMA exhibitions at our monthly Members lecture, followed by a delicious two-course lunch on the Roof Terrace at GOMA.
Hear from Ruth McDougall, Curator, Pacific Art and Ruha Fifita, Curatorial Assistant, Pacific Art, QAGOMA as they introduce the exhibition ‘sis: Pacific Art 1980–2023’. Highlighting artworks in the QAGOMA Collection, ‘sis’ surveys four decades of art-making from a sisterhood of artists across Oceania. Spanning textiles, ceramics, photography, moving image, sculpture, installation and performance, the exhibition creates an expanded vision of the art of Oceania over the last forty years. Lecture only tickets may be available.
