Experience altered states of consciousness where dreaming intersects with awake awareness. Lucid dreaming and meditation have much in common as an open, aware state of allowing experience to creatively unfold.

Held within Iris van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses, explore the dreaming state in the flow of sensory perception with the art of mindfulness, guided by Yasuyo Anne Uehara, psychotherapist, life-long meditator, and mindfulness yoga teacher.

Ticket includes entry to Iris van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses following the session, from 10.00am.
