In this 3-part virtual talk series, unpack the big ideas and ‘art speak’ behind contemporary artworks, including artworks from the QAGOMA Collection. Hosted by Dr Louise R Mayhew. Session 1: Why is everyone nude? Have you ever wondered why the art world delights in the unclothed body? Discover the politics and possibilities of nudity in art. Featuring artists like: Yves Klein, Adrian Piper, Deborah Kelly and Spencer Tunick.
