Shiota is renowned internationally for her transformative installations constructed from millions of fine threads and works that express the intangible: memories, anxiety, dreams and silence. Curated by Mami Kataoka, Director of Mori Art Museum, Tokyo. ‘Chiharu Shiota: The Soul Trembles’ is the largest solo exhibition of the artist’s work to date. Member event cancellation and refund policy We understand that plans change and we always do our best to accomodate cancellation requests; however, last minute cancellations significantly impact our resourcing and the costs of running our Members events. For events with minimal catering costs e.g. Book Club, paid Members viewings As of February 2022, ticket holders must provide at least 2 business days' notice of cancellation to be eligible for a refund. Within 24 hours of an event date, ticketholders may request to transfer their payment to another Members event. No-shows cannot be refunded or transferred. For events with significant catering costs (e.g. Lunch & Lectures, special events): As of February 2022, where we are required to supply final numbers for catering purposes, ticketholders must provide at least 4 business days' notice of cancellation to be eligible for a refund or to transfer their payment to another event. Refund and transfer requests received after this time cannot be guaranteed.
