A family run business situated in Adelaide Hills, BK Wines source their fruit from exceptional small vineyards in the region. As a winemaker Brendon uses minimal intervention approach to gently guide well-chosen fruit to a beautiful final result in the bottle. This combination of an artistic soul and unyielding quality standards makes Brendon a recognised master of his craft. Each of the single vineyard BK Wines will be paired with six courses celebrating exceptional seasonal ingredients designed by┬áChef Matt Blackwell of the GOMA Restaurant.
