High Tea terms and conditions of booking

Please be aware that we require credit card details to secure all reservations. Your card may be charged $50 per person in the event of cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of your reservation. Dietary requirements are required 48 hours prior to your reservation and cannot be catered for on the day without prior notice. Please note Dairy Free and Vegan options are not available. Each seating is strictly 1.5 hours from your confirmed reservation time.

Please note: The QAGOMA Members discount applies to the High Tea experience, it is not applicable to the High Tea and Exhibition Ticket package.

Important dining information

We have a 5 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 5 minutes after your reservation time.

We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes.

A note from the restaurant

We kindly note that our High Tea menu can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian dietary requirements with prior notice. To ensure we can meet your needs, please inform our team of any dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to your reservation, as we are unable to honour dietary requests made on the day of your visit due to necessary pre-preparation. You may provide this information through your Open Table reservation or by contacting us at goma.dining@qagoma.qld.gov.au.
