About
In this Emmy-winning episode of The Jim Henson Hour, Henson married his love of dogs and film noir, citing the production as his favourite of all the shows he ever made. Gangsters and dames of every breed hang out at dive bar the Dog House. When a local mobster begins using standover tactics on the bar’s new owner, the pack must stand strong to withstand the threat. Packed with canine puns and visual jokes, gun fights and car chases, Dog City is an hour of howling good fun. This well-loved special spawned an animated spin-off series in the early 90s.
Ages 12+ | Contains mild level violence
