About
Based on the original comics and the popular animated television show, Hong Kong action film company Golden Harvest produced the live action feature film of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, bringing in Jim Henson to work on the extraordinary full-body animatronic turtle costumes. Amongst the last productions Henson worked on, the film tells of the Turtles’ mission to save Splinter, their master, from Shredder and his Foot Clan. They will need all the pizza they can get, as well as they help of their friends April (Judith Hoag) and Casey (Elias Koteas).
