Described by Jim Henson as a “marionette genius”, German puppeteer Albrecht Roser invites Henson into his workshop for a hands-on experience with his creations. Praised by Jim for the complex performance skills which bring his hand carved wooden marionettes to life, Roser outlines his method of infusing them with feeling, from construction to performance. Roser founded the International Institute for String Puppetry – Construction and Performance in 2001.
