In line with Australian and Queensland Government public health recommendations around COVID-19 and mass gatherings, the World Science Festival Brisbane 2020 has been cancelled (25 – 29 March 2020).

We apologise for any inconvenience. If you have purchased tickets to this event, refund advice from our ticketing agent QTIX is below.

• For patrons who purchased ticket(s) using credit card via QTIX, you will automatically receive a refund of the full purchase price to the same credit card within ten (10) business days and no further action from you is required.
• If your credit card number has changed from the original card used for your booking please call QTIX Box Office on 136 246 with your booking reference number from Monday 16 March from 9.00am to receive a refund of the full purchase price.
• For patrons who purchased ticket(s) using cash, Paypal or EFTPOS, please call QTIX Box Office on 136 246 with your booking reference number from Monday 16 March from 9.00am to receive a refund of the full purchase price.
