SYNOPSIS

In this future-shock vision of totalitarian Britain, Malcolm McDowell plays Alex, a Beethoven-loving, head-bashing punk who leads his gang of 'droogs' on ultra-violent assaults until he is captured by authorities and subjected to nasty behaviour modification therapy. Stanley Kubrick’s A Clockwork Orange ponders whether severe crime and continuous anti-social actions give society the right to brainwash and remake a person’s thought patterns.
