SYNOPSIS

Filmed over 3 years after the Dixie Chicks became subject to an well organised conservative backlash as retribution for making comparatively small criticisms against the US led war against Iraq, this documentary shows the malicious character of the scrutiny levelled at the band. With a bold display of courage and integrity, the Dixie Chicks make an inspiring creative and commercial recovery under tremendously difficult conditions.
