Stretch out and calm your mind in a flow-style yoga and meditation session led by Miriam Van Doorn, held within the Gallery. All skill levels welcome.
Miriam is a Brisbane-based meditation and yoga instructor. She is founder of MI Retreats and a regular teacher at Stretch Yoga and Soho Yoga. Her approach, which combines a 'flow' style of yoga with the art of meditation, is designed to bring balance and awareness into daily life.
This program is part of Quiet, a program series embracing the Gallery as a place for quiet contemplation through art, yoga, meditaton and more.
