Delve deeper into QAGOMA exhibitions and displays at our monthly lecture then catch up with friends over a two-course lunch in the GOMA Restaurant.

To celebrate the return to on-site lectures after a year-long hiatus, Director Chris Saines CNZM will present a sneak peek of our forthcoming winter blockbuster, ‘European Masterpieces from The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York’. Spanning some 500 years, this exhibition will offer a breathtaking journey from the 1420s and emerging Renaissance to conclude at the height of early-twentieth-century Post-Impressionism. ‘European Masterpieces’ includes portraiture, still life, landscape and figure studies and will be a must-see for audiences of all ages, art lovers, and anyone with an interest in history, society, beauty, religious iconography, mythology and symbolism. This Australian exclusive is organised by The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, in collaboration with QAGOMA and Art Exhibitions Australia.
