About
Design Tracks Creative Pathways Program 3-day residential camp, hosted by QAGOMA Learning and supported by precinct partners, involves Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander senior secondary students coming together at GOMA and other Cultural Centre precinct locations to work with respected Indigenous Australian creative mentors. During the 3 day program, students from years 10 to 12 participate in rich hands-on workshop activities such as design, print-making, textiles, visual art and architecture. Design Tracks enables participants to learn more about their culture and connect to Country. Mentorship activities and workshops encourage students to celebrate community, have confidence in their own creative abilities and think about future career pathways. Program attendees also really enjoy connecting with other students. Read more about 2017 Design Tracks residential camp.
