Design Tracks is an annual program developed by QAGOMA Learning in partnership with Gilimbaa. The program provides creative mentoring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in their secondary schooling years, who share an interest in art, design and architecture. This half-day mentoring event is available to First Nations students from metropolitan and regional secondary schools, providing them with an invaluable opportunity to meet and learn from mentors across the creative industries. 2018 MENTORS Including artists Tony Albert, Leecee Carmichael and Bianca Beetson, Acting Program Director, Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art, QCA; designers from Gilimbaa; directors from creative businesses such as Gilimbaa, Iscariot Media, Digi Youth Arts and Relative Creative; curators from QAGOMA and BlakLash Collective.
