One of Tonga’s most distinctive contemporary art organisations is Seleka International Art Society Initiative, which is a vibrant gathering space that supports young Tongans in finding their voice through art.

Tevita Latu (Founder) and Taniela Petelo (Co-leader) of Seleka International explore the ethos, history, and work of the initiative and their project for APT10, in conversation with Lingikoni Vaka’uta (Fijian artist and academic). Hosted by Ruha Fifita (Curatorial Assistant, Pacific Art, QAGOMA).
