With a focus on local ingredients, we work with growers and suppliers to source produce at its peak, profile new ingredients and rediscover forgotten ones. We're committed to sustainable dining, incorporating ethical thinking across our entire process, from procurement to resource consumption.
Our menu consists of gastronomic treasures and skilful culinary techniques, with highlights from Queensland’s best growing regions and a devotion to pure deliciousness. We invite you to explore small or large plates ordered as you like, share plates with the table, or luxe tasting menus.
Our wine selection is predominantly New World in origin, with a focus on Queensland and Australian wine growing areas. Each varietal has been selected from iconic regions and outstanding vintages. We present wine as more than an accompaniment — it is part of the holistic dining experience, and every drop is a celebration of its terroir.
