Group Bookings

The Gallery welcomes student group visits throughout the year. Bookings are required in advance for groups of 10 or more and at least 3 business days advance booking notice is requested.

COVID-19 vaccinations are a mandatory requirement for all visitors (age 16+), including school students.

Student group visits are self-guided. QAGOMA Learning can provide teachers with information to plan a tailored class visit that best meets their students' needs and units of study. Learning resources are available.

Our Risk Assessment Guide includes COVID Safe information to help you plan your QAGOMA group visit. Our Booked School Group COVID Tracing Form must be completed by the supervising teacher and printed prior to arrival. The completed form is handed to staff on entry.

QAGOMA operates in line with the Queensland Government Roadmap to Easing Restrictions and we have developed a site-specific COVID Safe Plan with Queensland Health.

So that we can manage the safety and satisfaction of all visitors, group entry times may require negotiation on busy days. If you are visiting both QAG and GOMA, groups are provided with separate entry times at each building.
