About

Delve deeper into QAGOMA exhibitions at our monthly Members lecture, then catch up with friends and meet fellow Members over a two-course lunch on the Roof Terrace at GOMA.

Hear from Abigail Bernal, Associate Curator, Asian Art, QAGOMA as she shares insights into artworks from South-East Asia, including the co-curated focus project ‘Mindanao and the Sulu Archipelago’. You’ll also be introduced to selected works from Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia and Timor-Leste – countries that are being represented in the Asia Pacific Triennial for the first time. Lecture only tickets may be available.

This talk is the second in an ongoing series offering insights into artworks and projects included in The 11th Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art, on display across QAG & GOMA from 30 November 2024 to 27 April 2025. Selected spaces will open early from late-September 2024 for visitors to enjoy.

Includes a glass of wine and two-course lunch (main and dessert). Please RSVP and advise any special dietary requirements by Tuesday 1 October.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Ticketholders must provide notice of cancellation by Tuesday 1 October to be eligible for a refund or transfer their payment to another Members event. Refund and transfer requests received after the RSVP date cannot be guaranteed.
