The Queensland Art Gallery Foundation is dedicated to the development of the Gallery's Collection and its diverse exhibitions program. The Foundation receives support from memberships, donations, bequests and cultural gifts. It also receives support from the Queensland Government.
Since its establishment in 1979, the Foundation has raised over $82 million and contributed to the acquisition of more than 6000 art works — representing over one third of the Gallery's Collection.
Foundation donors are crucial to the future growth of the Queensland Art Gallery. You can help the Gallery to fulfill its mission to be a dynamic and accessible art museum of international standing.
