EARLY MORNING VIEWING: ‘ART ON THE WILD SIDE’

Young Members and their families are invited to explore the latest exhibition at the Children’s Art Centre before it opens to the public. Enjoy a morning viewing of ‘Art on the Wild Side’, which looks at the ways in which contemporary artists use animals to communicate ideas and experiences. Featuring multimedia activities, animation and visual works from the Gallery’s Collection, this exhibition invites children to delve into the wild side of art.

EARLY-MORNING VIEWING: ‘SWAGS AND SWAMP RATS’

Saturday 27 June | 9.00–10.00am | GOMA
Young Members and their families are invited to enjoy a morning viewing of ‘Swags and Swap Rats’, an interactive project developed by the Children’s Art Centre with leading Australian artist Robert MacPherson. The exhibition takes young visitors on a journey, exploring aspects of Australian life, history and language through specially designed hands-on and multimedia activities. The viewing is held on the first day of the exhibition, before the Gallery opens to the public.

APT8 ACTIVITY TRIAL
