The Children’s Art Centre presents an interactive artist project to coincide with ‘Cai Guo Qiang: Falling Back to Earth’, which invites children to engage with the artist’s ideas and art works through hands-on and multimedia activities.
Young visitors can take part in Cai Guo-Qiang’s interactive children’s project by learning about and participating in the artists’ exciting working methods to create their own exhibition. Make and display objects in miniature gallery spaces, create spectacular multimedia gunpowder drawings and explosion events and watch a short animated film about the art and adventures of Cai Guo-Qiang. The artist’s own story, Let’s Create an Exhibition with a Boy Named Cai, is also available as an illustrated story book published by the Children's Art Centre.
